Shopping at Agneselle

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In-Stock," "Backorder," or "Temporarily unavailable." Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out of stock or are not available for shipment until a specific arrival date. For more shipping information, please read the details below :

 

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock and your payment is approved.

Paid orders will be mailed out within 2 working days.

 

Backorder items 

Backorder items are items that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Backorder items are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. Expected shipment time (for example, "Estimated arrival : End of dd/mm/yy") is indicated on the Product Detail page. 

  

 

Shipping within Singapore

All local delivery are dispatched via Singapore Post Office ( www.singpost.com.sg ) 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note: You will receive a shipment confirmation email. Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our office, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our office, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the efficiency of your local postal service.

Normal Mail
Our normal postages are free of charge.
Normal parcel takes 2-3 working days. delivery during festive period may take up to 7 working days.
There is no tracking number provided hence we will not be held liable for any lost mail through normal postage. Parcel will be delivered to your letterbox.

** Agneselle.com will not be liable for any lost normal mails. To ensure timely and safe delivery , please opt for registered postage.

Registered Mail
Door step delivery by postman. Recipient's signature required upon delivery.
Delivery takes up to 5 working days. Delivery during festive period may take up to more than 5 working days.
Registered article number are provided. You can track your parcel at www.singpost.com.sg 

For unclaimed packages and returned registered mails due to incorrect address , customers will need to top up for the additional registered mail for resend.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Singapore Post Airmail. You can check your delivery status via www.singpost.com.sg.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For overseas credit card payment , please check with your credit card company for accurate conversion rate and charges.

 

 

Credit code policy 

Credit will be issued via email and in the form of a code  (Usually , your email address. Example: ABC@hotmail.com). Credit can be used for all products on the website and we do not refund nor issue separate credit code for balance unused credit amount. Code are usually valid for 6 months from date of issue.

 

 

Security and Privacy

Agneselle ensures that any personal information you provide during the registration and checkout process are kept confidential and is solely used for the purpose of processing your order(s). Agneselle do not disclose your information to third parties ( unless you have won a prize/promotion sponsored by the third party ).

After placing an order , an invoice will be sent to your email address confirming the details of your purchase. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Agneselle. In addition, Agneselle reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer's credit card , paypal account or internet banking, Agneselle will issue a credit code to the account in the same amount . Agneselle reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described therein anytime without notice.
